ticket donations
We at Arena Stage take great pleasure in being able to contribute to the community by providing ticket donations to local organizational fundraisers.
Arena Stage has reached the capacity of its charitable giving for the year and is no longer accepting donation requests for the 2009/10 season. We will begin reviewing donation requests for our 60th anniversary season in Fall 2010.
Please keep in mind that we give out a limited number of ticket voucher donations each season, so only those requests that contain all the necessary information will be considered on a first come, first serve basis.
If selected, we will donate one voucher valid for 2 tickets to a specific show in the current season. These donations are only valid for Sunday through Wednesday evening performances. Please be aware that our vouchers contain expiration dates.
Please use the following guidelines so that we may process donation requests as quickly as possible.
- Donation requests must be received at least two months prior to the date of the event.
- Donation requests must be on the organization’s letterhead and contain information on the organization, information on the fundraiser/event and the date of the fundraiser/event.
- If selected, we will contact the organization to pick up the ticket voucher at our administrative offices in Arlington, VA. Arrangements may also be made to have the organization send a self-addressed envelope with postage in such cases where the organization is not able to send someone to pick it up.
- Please include your contact information with the donation request should we need any more information or arrange for pick-up.
